1. Properties (Hotels, Homestays, Resorts)
Cancellation Terms:
- More than 7 days before check-in: 90% refund (after deducting payment gateway charges, if any).
- 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.
- No-show or early checkout: No refund.
Note:
Some properties may have their own specific cancellation terms. In such cases, the stricter policy will apply.
2. Holiday Packages (Custom Tours, Fixed Itineraries)
Cancellation Terms:
- 15 days or more before departure: 90% refund.
- 8 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 7 days or less before departure: No refund.
Note:
Refunds are not applicable for partially used services or last-minute cancellations due to personal reasons. Third-party activity charges (e.g., safaris, tickets, etc.) are non-refundable.
3. Houseboats (Deluxe, Premium, Luxury)
Cancellation Terms:
- More than 10 days before the trip: 80% refund.
- 5 to 10 days before the trip: 40% refund.
- Less than 5 days before the trip: No refund.
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% charge applies.
Important:
Houseboats are booked exclusively and stocked in advance for your journey. Hence, stricter cancellation terms apply.
4. Cabs (Airport Transfers, Local/Outstation Travel)
Cancellation Terms:
- More than 48 hours before pickup time: Full refund.
- 24 to 48 hours before pickup time: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup time: No refund.
- Driver assigned or en route: No refund.
General Notes:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Wildlooms reserves the right to make exceptions or adjustments in case of emergencies, natural calamities, or force majeure situations.
- Any changes or cancellations must be sent in writing via email or through the booking dashboard.
