Houseboat Rules & Guidelines

1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out is 9:00 AM the following day.

2. Exclusive Stay
The houseboat is reserved exclusively for you and your group. It will not be shared with other guests.

3. Crew Onboard
A professional captain and cook will be onboard to assist you throughout the journey.

4. Meals & Dining
Your meal plan starts with lunch on arrival day and ends with breakfast on departure day.
All meals include traditional Kerala cuisine. For special menu requests, please inform us at least 5 days in advance.

5. Cruising & Night Halt

The houseboat will halt for the night at 5:30 PM
Cruising resumes at 8:00 AM the next morning
Night cruising is not permitted as per local regulations

6. Air Conditioning
Air conditioning is available anytime on Premium and Luxury houseboats.

7. Facilities
Houseboats operate with limited resources and facilities. Kindly avoid comparing them with hotels or residential properties.

8. Safety Guidelines
Swimming in the backwaters is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

9. Noise Policy
Please maintain silence during the night to respect the local village environment.

10. Service Timings
Food and beverage service is available until 10:30 PM.

11. Night Restrictions
Guests are not permitted to stay or sleep outside the rooms after 10:30 PM.

12. Lunch Halt
The houseboat will stop for approximately one hour during lunch.

13. Cruising Distance
The boat typically covers 20–30 km during the trip. The captain will decide the night halt location based on weather and water conditions.
