1. General

  • Wildlooms is a platform that facilitates bookings for stays, houseboats, holiday packages, and travel services including cabs.
  • By using our services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings made through Wildlooms are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information (name, dates, contact details, etc.) at the time of booking.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment and confirmation from Wildlooms via email or SMS.

3. Payment Terms

  • Prices listed on our platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or approved wallets.
  • Wildlooms may collect a service charge on behalf of its partners for facilitating the booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in accordance with the specific cancellation policy applicable to each service category:
    • Properties
    • Holiday Packages
    • Houseboats
    • Cabs
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Non-refundable charges (such as processing fees or third-party costs) will be excluded from refunds.

5. Changes & Modifications

  • Modifications to bookings (dates, services, number of guests) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Wildlooms reserves the right to modify itineraries, services, or accommodations in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to behave respectfully at all booked accommodations or with service providers.
  • You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your group to property, vehicles, or boats.
  • Illegal activities, misuse of property, or disruptive behavior may lead to cancellation without refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Wildlooms acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (hotels, houseboats, drivers, etc.).
  • We are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party service providers, weather conditions, or acts beyond our control.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Wildlooms website and mobile platforms, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Wildlooms or its licensors.
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell or share your data with unaffiliated third parties without your consent, except as required for booking or by law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
