Munnar Élysée began as a planter's bungalow on the Pallivasal estate in 1924. For three generations our family has woken before the sun — first to pluck tea, now to host travellers who come looking for the silence we grew up in.

Today, we curate stays, treks and journeys across the Western Ghats — from the cedar forests of Eravikulam to the backwaters of Vembanad. Every itinerary is built by hand, with local guides we've known for decades, and properties we've personally walked.

We believe a Munnar trip should feel less like a holiday and more like a long, quiet exhale.
